Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, you may face outage sometimes due to local infrastructure limitations.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed after 9 PM. Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after this time.
CCTV Surveillance: CCTV cameras are installed in external areas for security purposes.
Alcohol and Food/Drink by the Pool: Alcohol consumption is permitted in designated areas. No food or drinks are allowed in or around the pool area.
Smoking: Smoking is permitted in designated exterior areas of the villa only.
Pool Attire and Hygiene: Proper swimming attire is required in the pool. For hygiene reasons, showering before entering the pool is required.
Pool Safety: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in or around the pool.
Property Care: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents caused by themselves or their guests.
Hookah/Sheesha: Hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises as per government Violation of this rule may result in fines or other penalties.

Booking Policy

Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 will be collected in cash before check-in. This deposit will be returned upon check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.
Guest Count: The property rate is based on the number of guests. Any increase in the number of guests must be communicated to management prior to arrival and may result in a change in package.
Identification: All guests must provide valid government-issued photo identification upon request, which may be required at the time of booking and/or upon arrival. Foreign nationals must present their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents caused by themselves or their guests. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.
Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity, including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics, is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Commercial Activities: Commercial activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 14 or more days before your arrival, you’ll get a 70% refund (or 80% as a credit for a future booking).
If you cancel between 7 and 13 days before arrival, you’ll get a 30% refund (or 50% as a credit).
If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, no refund will be given.

A small processing fee of 3% will be deducted from all refunds.
